Free Tracked Shipping

Every Maskot order ships free with tracking to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

How long will it take?
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 10–17 days of ordering.
- Delivery can take longer during busy holiday periods.

Christmas delivery
Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it's first created, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Bundles
If you order more than one mask, they'll usually arrive together in one parcel with one tracking number.

Customs and import fees
In rare cases, your local customs office may charge import fees or taxes. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Address mistakes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
